Very delicious flavor and smoothness

the best flavor I've ever had in a whiskey, very delicious and very smooth, this is my favorite whiskey. I highly recommend this whiskey to all whiskey drinkers.

Darker?

The last two bottles of double wood have been much darker than before. Much like the Caribbean cask color. I love The Balvenie 12 yo Double Wood over any other Balvenie bottling. But now a bit disappointing. Am I just getting older and eyesight and taste buds changing?
