Great Ice Maker !!

This has been a great Ice maker. I had a pellet ice maker before, and this is sooo much better. Easier to use easier to clean. As far as NewAir, they are Great, After 4 months of use, the ice maker started acting querky, and I called the support line. They were very courteous, and sent a replacement which is working Great!

Makes great ice!

I use this product in my home. I also have the smaller version that makes different size ice cubes. In my opinion this ice machine makes much better ice that does not melt so quickly, it is much more solid, but it lacks the ability to change the size of the cube. Another benefit is the water holding capacity. I recieved this as a gift, but it was non operational, customer service was prompt to fix the issue and sent out a replacement part immediately.
