This ice machine is amazing. It makes ice very quickly and it is a solid form of ice. I used ice trays before but they are not convenient. Also, the customer service is clutch! They were able to service all my questions and inquiries!

Fast, clear and supported

Bought this unit in June to compensate for the refrigerator ice. This is our go-to ice maker. It makes ice almost immediately. We recently ran into a problem and customer support as been awesome. Great company experience so far.
