I had issues after 3 months of owning the ice machine and I emailed customer service and the got back to me within 10 minutes and helped me with my issue!

This ice machine is amazing. It makes ice very quickly and it is a solid form of ice. I used ice trays before but they are not convenient. Also, the customer service is clutch! They were able to service all my questions and inquiries!
