Product and Customer Service are Great

I use this product for my home bar setup. It is perfect for my needs and produces clear ice. Regular cleaning is necessary to ensure the ice is always transparent, but that's expected. I had a problem with my unit, and the customer service department was very quick in response and sent me a new unit. I couldn't be happier with NewAir, highly recommend them.

Great product and customer service!

Customer service is excellent. They quickly replaced one that I received with shipping damage. Ice maker works great!! Can't wait to take it camping and have out by the pool!
