We would purchase this unit again. Great product !!

We race stock cars and the counter top ice maker has saved us time and money. We start bagging ice two days before race day and place them in our freezer. On race day we have enough ice for the ice chest ( plus more) that we take to the track. We have had this unit for 16 months and would get another one or a larger unit from this company. They have great customer support.

Product and Customer Service are Great

I use this product for my home bar setup. It is perfect for my needs and produces clear ice. Regular cleaning is necessary to ensure the ice is always transparent, but that's expected. I had a problem with my unit, and the customer service department was very quick in response and sent me a new unit. I couldn't be happier with NewAir, highly recommend them.
