Great ice maker, even better customer service!

I absolutely love this ice maker. It's been super convenient, especially in the summer months, to not have to worry about whether someone refilled the ice trays in the freezer. The clear ice definitely makers a difference in carbonated beverages. I had some troubleshooting questions about the machine and the customer service was beyond helpful in getting the issue sorted out and getting me back to the convenience of plenty of ice at my finger tips.

I would buy this product again, like the clear ice

The newair unit takes up very little space on my bar. It is very efficient and produces clear ice which I love. The model clearice 40 is a great quality machine at a very reasonable price. I also use this newair unit on my boat, as it is compact and not very heavy, and doesn't require any plumbing. The customer service and support is unbelievable.
