I would buy this again.

I love the soft ice that I can chew and I use RO water to fill it so the cubes are almost clear. It's a little noisy and has some size to it but not bad. Customer service is very good.

I absolutely love this ice maker. It's been super convenient, especially in the summer months, to not have to worry about whether someone refilled the ice trays in the freezer. The clear ice definitely makers a difference in carbonated beverages. I had some troubleshooting questions about the machine and the customer service was beyond helpful in getting the issue sorted out and getting me back to the convenience of plenty of ice at my finger tips.
