Terrible quality shelves
Full of wood spurs on the edges. Lots of chemical residue in the unit that you can smell once you open it.

Excellent customer service
Wow! What a pleasure. Had a major issue with my 840 count cigar humidor, and they took care of it and me! Would definitely do business with New Air again. Great products and customer service!
