Great customer service

I purchased this ice maker via Amazon. The machine quit working about a month later. (The On/Off switch decided to work only when it felt like it.) The return period through Amazon was expired so I reached out to Newair support and was provided with a new unit. The machine makes ice plenty fast for my use. It's simple to use. Hopefully, it proves to be durable.

Game changer for my family!

We love this ice maker! I followed the simple instructions and had Ice within minutes of unpacking. We only drink water from our Berkeley so now we can have ice with pure water of our choice. It's convenient and takes up very little space on my counter. No more bags of ice melting in my car. Definitely recommend this product. Customer service is very friendly and helpful as well!!
