Smoky and smooth for the price.

Let me start by saying I was incentivized to try this Mezcal out. That being said, I paid 30 dollars for this bottle at my local store and It was a pleasant surprise! It has a slightly earthy sweet smell on the nose with some smoke. It is very smooth going down and has a strong smoky flavor that you expect out of Mezcal with some slight earthiness. I made one of their signature cocktails , the green tail, and it was a nice change from my usual drink. The smokiness is still noticeable without being overbearing. Very good for the price

Mellow mezcal with sweet notes

This mezcal can stand on its own, great for sipping. It has traditional mezcal flavor with a touch of sweetness, almost like a hint of hickory. I veered off course and added this to an avocado margarita (avocado, lime, simple syrup, OJ, and ice). The mezcal sneaks up on your tastebuds at the end of each sip and it lingers. It was slightly off putting at first but then I decided I enjoyed it. Note I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.
