good but not as great at the old grand reserva 21
the older version with the darker box - the 21YO with Gran Reserva Rum Cask is substantially fuller body, and has more flavor than the new orange box one. Don't get me wrong - it is still a good scotch. But I miss the wow feeling when I first tasted the Gran Reserva 21 almost a decade ago.

I like my scotch to be old enough to drink itself. Smooth and on rocks the perfect way to relax after a long day at work
