With just 2 of us, we don't drink wine every night so the Pivot was a true test to see how long the wine would last. The wine was still amazing after 10 days. Honestly was shocked but this system truly works.

I've used the Pivot since its release, and enjoy its ease of use compared to the Coravin for bottles I plan to finish in a few weeks. For longer periods of access, the Coravin is truly miraculous, and I have accessed individual bottles for over a year with no significant deterioration.
