It's a nice staple to have on hand

It's a nice aperitif to have on hand. Reminded me a lot of Campari, so if you're familiar with Campari your probably going to like this. I made an aperol spritz with it and it was nice. I ended up adding more aperol for my taste and my mom added more Prosecco, so it's a hit or miss drink.

Aperol Spritz O'clock

Loveeeee me a good aperol spritz in the summer. It's the perfect amount of fruity and sugary flavor mixed with some champagne or whatever you please.
