Summer in a glass!

Aperol Spritz is delicious; slightly bitter with a sweet hint of orange and a light tang of herbs. I added Prosecco and soda water for sparkle. So refreshing!

It's a nice staple to have on hand

It's a nice aperitif to have on hand. Reminded me a lot of Campari, so if you're familiar with Campari your probably going to like this. I made an aperol spritz with it and it was nice. I ended up adding more aperol for my taste and my mom added more Prosecco, so it's a hit or miss drink.
