Clean, brilliant honey amber.
Palate
Heavy with rich dried fruit, with hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa faint vanilla and tobacco spice.
Finish
Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa Toffee, caramel, chocolate and spice notes abound.
FINISH
Silky-smooth, almost creamy at first, with a long, warm satisfying tail.

I love giving woodford
I love giving woodford reserve to people who have never tried it. They are always impressed. I always keep this stocked at my home bar, it goes with everything!

I'm not a huge
I'm not a huge fan of Woodford Reserve; it goes down well enough, but in general terms there is nothing outstanding enough in flavor or smoothness that justifies its price. As far as flavor goes I would *almost* as soon drink the house bourbon - and depending on what that is I maybe would prefer it. Just very run of the mill stuff with fantastic marketing.
