Great Gin, not so great service

First, the Gin is legit! The botanicals are on point. Very clean presentation. 4 stars for the Gin. The service was subpar. Delayed responses, no apologies or follow up for not shipping on time etc.

Fantastic Gin---Terrible service with Reserve Bar

This is fabulous Gin. I would buy it from Sassenach instead. Reserve Bar lost my order or gave it to someone else and did not try to make every effort to help me and tried to blame me. I will never use Reserve Bar again.
