Great Version of a Classic Cocktail
Given the traditional process for making an old fashioned, I was curious how well a ready-to-drink bottled version would compare. The "twist & mix" cap is a surprisingly sophisticated setup (involving nitrogen pressurized ingredients!) that keeps the scotch and the other elements separated until the bottle is opened. Once opened and poured over rocks, this stands up as a great version of a classic cocktail. The scotch lends a smokiness that is well balanced by what seem to be orange bitters. For those who enjoy the cocktail experience but don't fancy themselves mixologists, this is a great item to have on hand and would take all of the work out of a home happy hour.

Easy, tasty, at-home cocktail
I thought this was great and an easy and fun way to entertain! Since I'm not a huge drinker and this is best consumed within a couple weeks once opened, I invited a few friends over to enjoy it with me. One friend is a Manhattan aficionado and she was very impressed with this! I can't say I've ever had a real Manhattan before but I really enjoyed this! Plus it's cool to see it all mix together. Great value for the money!
