The palate is very round, smooth and slightly sweet, with fruity and nutty flavours underlined with the subtle spice of cinnamon.

This gives way to lingering hints of toasted almonds and hazelnuts.

A favourite!
Smooth great tasting Whisky. A 15yr Old with a great price

good stuff
This is the bottle that got me back into scotch, I had a poor experience with it years earlier and assumed I didn't like it and stuck with bourbon. At our annual Christmas gathering my brother in law brought this scotch. When he handed them out to myself and my older brother in law I just figured I'd drink it to be polite. I took a sip and the flavor blindsided me, I wasn't prepared for something this good. I now have 5 different bottles of scotch in the cabinet at any given time. I still like my bourbon but I LOVE my scotch and to that I owe The Glenlivet eternal thanks.... To put it simply this is seriously good stuff (and I have since gotten some Glenlivet that is even BETTER)
