This complex whisky is as rich as you would expect on the nose, but also filled with aromas of orange peel and candied grapefruit.
Cinnamon
The palate is very round, smooth and slightly sweet, with fruity and nutty flavours underlined with the subtle spice of cinnamon.
Lingering Flavor
This gives way to lingering hints of toasted almonds and hazelnuts.

Amazing bouquet of flavors and aromas.
Being drinking GLENLIVET SMS since my drinking legal age,this is my choice of Single malt for all occasions ,great variety,prices,quality standards and best never changing the original first impression taste. I love must of all great single malts and never my little bar being without Glenlivet. My father gave my very first dram of single malt and it was a Glenlevit classic 12 years old bottle,back on June 1969 celebrating the landing of mankind on the moon.

Great scotch
Cousin gave me a bottle he had been given. He doesn't drink scotch. This is the smoothest scotch I have ever drank. Only a little ice and straight. And I am a Glenlivet fan. I do believe the 12 yr old has changed since the bottle change, but I drink it anyway.
