My go to Scotch
I like Speyside single malts, and of theses, Glenlivit 12 is my go-to Scotch for daily drinking. I normally have a two-shot dram every night.

Terrible idea
Not a good idea to take a youngish blended whisky and place it into heavy, heavy oak barrels. The wood adds tannins, subtracts any nuances that might have been in the original drink.
