Floral & Smooth
Incentivized - I really liked this! I've been an Empress gin die hard for a couple years now but I can easily see The Botanist making its way into the regular rotation. It's a bit more floral than other gins, with a more complex flavor. As soon as you open the (beautiful) bottle you can catch its delightful scent. It was absolutely amazing in the bee's knees I made. I also made a gin and tonic to compare it to my usual drink and it was still quite good and smooth, but I think it does a touch better in sweeter cocktails personally.

A Multi-Talented Gin
As a person whose cocktail of choice is a gin and tonic, this is one of the best I've tried besides Hendrick's. It has a smooth mouthfeel, blends flawlessly with other mixers, and has a delicate flavor that does not overpower the cocktail. This is a great gin for highballs, complex compositions, and can even be enjoyed on its own, if you like spirits on the rocks. I would gladly purchase this again to use in all of my cocktail creations that I devise at home.
