Going to be a new crowd favorite!
I made a lavender, lemonade cocktail. Pretty much eye balled everything and it was DELISH. Smooth and a perfect go to add to your bar cart. I love the hints of pine, earthy, flower blend. It's all in the name! The next tonic I want to try is a fall inspired with cider and then a cranberry mix.

Smooth and flavorful
The Botanist is made in their distillery on Islay and is flavored with herbs grown at the distillery. This is an elegantly balanced gin with lovely herbaceous flavors. Great flavor and a good buzz! My new favorite. Makes a wonderfully smooth martini with hand stuffed blue cheese olives. So smooth and light. I mixed this with a homemade lemonade on a hot summer day. It was perfect! I'm so glad I tried it
