Complex and delicious
I tried The Botanist Islay Dry Gin for the first time and probably not the last. It definitely has floral flavor but it has a complex profile. It is not as smooth as other gins but still delicious.

So refreshing!
I'm a huge fan of cocktails and mixed drinks (always down for a good G&T) but sometimes I want something nice to slowly sip without all of the extra ingredients. This gin is perfect for a summer cocktail or to have on the rocks to ring in the weekend. The botanicals blend together beautifully and you don't get the alcohol burn or scent that you can get from so many other types of liquor.
