Wonderful herbal bouquet with a hint of juniper
The Botanist Islay Dry Gin offers a variety of herbs, easy on the juniper, that make it a unique flavor experience. Its nose is a little light and has trouble standing up to a dry tonic in a G&T. But in a 4 to 1 martini this gin's flavors really come to the fore. Smooth and uniquely positioned between the sweet and dry gins.

Excellent
This is really good as a Gin Hemingway daiquiri! Used with Fresh squeezed lime! Shake 30 times over ice and a metal shaker and strain. Rich  and refreshing on a hot summer day.
