Crisp and plays well with others.
I made a grape fruit gin and tonic. It was crisp, fresh, and not too floral from the gin. It went so well with the mixers that I could not really taste the liquor. For me, this was a plus! It was a wonderful way to relax and the drink paired well with some pita wraps I had for dinner.

Lovely flavor
I tried this gin on the rocks and it was delicious! It had a very nice flavor and was super easy to drink. I don't usually like gin just on the rocks with no mixer, but this was great!
