Really smooth and nice flavor. Love having this around the house for guests and a night cap. Goes well with any meal.

Perfect balance

I first tried this at a whiskey bar and then bought a bottle to celebrate my PhD. Wonderfully balanced, silky, not too heavy or too light on the smoke. It's all gone now and I'm considering a second doctorate just to justify another bottle. Kidding, but it is honestly a good, solid, tasty scotch. I would advise anyone to find a whiskey bar to try a dram of something this (for my budget) expensive before buying the bottle to make sure it's to your taste. It's not as peaty as some, or smoky as others, so try before you buy. But if you like a good scotch, I highly recommend this one.
