Much more depth than typical absinthe
Most absinthes I've had have been kinda two note: fennel, wormwood. That's it. But this has a lot more nuance. Pour it over ice and sip it slow. Plenty to discover and enjoy.

A Classic Cocktail Essential
If you're making classic cocktails, you're going to need absinthe. Whether it's a rinse in a Sazerac or the star of the show in an Absinthe Frappe, St. George Absinthe Verte is a must-have. My favorite Absinthe cocktail is Death in the Afternoon, 1 oz of Absinthe in a flute topped with champagne and garnished with a lemon twist.
