This was by far the most helpful customer service experience I've had in a VERY long time. As an officer in the military whose job is customer service I can appreciate the challenges often associated with helping customers when they have less than enjoyable experiences…. The associate was beyond helpful with not only answering questions but getting to yes to solve the issues. I love the products but it's the service that will continue to bring me back!

Great Newair Humidor

Great product for storing multiple cigars, whether loose or boxed. Love that it allows one to keep internal temperature set at predetermined temp all year round. Don't like that occasionally humidity drops below desired humidity.
