Great Product and Great Customer Service
We use this machine for extra ice. Its works great for us. Perfect on the counter. Doesn't take up much space at all. Newair customer service department s also wonderful. We will definitely shop with Newair again in the future.

Does what it is supposed to do
Makes nice squares of ice. Fill with water, plug in and press start for 5 seconds and walk away.
