We use this in our home and are very happy with the unit overall. Having to replace the control board after less than 2 years, however, is a bummer.

Great customer service

We really enjoyed our Clear Ice 40 for several months when unfortunately the compressor broke and we had to call customer service. We got a rep on the line right away, and they were very helpful.
