LOVE LOVE LOVE my ice machine

I have always wanted a counter top ice machine. I live in an apartment with no ice maker in my refrigerator. This machine does NOT disappoint! Makes ice very quickly and the ice is hard and great for drinks not like the smaller machines! I had to trouble shoot an issue with the machine and the response from customer service was BEYOND WONDERFUL!! I am so totally satisfied with the Newair company that I will suggest their products to all my friends and family!! Buy this machine! YOU WILL NOT be disappointed!

Great Ice Finally

We purchased our ice maker 6 months ago and have enjoyed beautiful endless ice. A few weeks ago the unit started freezing the ice too thick to dispense. Upon contacting customer service, we were informed the unit would need to be replaced. Within 24 hours, we received instructions and support on how to get the unit replaced. Very pleasant experience. Looking forward to having ice again. Great Customer Service. Would recommend for anyone wanting continuous clean clear ice.
