Very satisfied with the times I have used. The only thing is that the unit was working properly for only 4 months. Otherwise I will have given 5 starts

Great ice maker

We purchased this ice maker to help supplement the ice our new fridge couldn't keep up with. This machine makes so much ice we had trouble using it all. We had a minor issue with it at one point, but customer service helped us resolve the issue. All around great experience.
