We had this ice machine and it lasted a long time. We then replaced it with a new one. This one quit working after 6 months, but Newair took care of it and provided a replacement. It's not a perfect world, but service is what matters.

Awesome Ice Machine

Great ice machine. We like that it makes nice, clear cubes. It is pretty heavy duty and can make more ice than the standard…Also noticed that doesn't mold easily like other machines. Easy to clean and maintain.
