Great product, and good customer service!

I use my Newair portable icemaker every day! The ice maker on my refrigerator quit working. We were constantly buying ice. This product produced great quantities of ice each day. However after 5 months, the ice built up thick, and would no longer release the ice cubes. I called customer service and they responded quickly to replace the unit, still under warranty. Was told it was the compressor. I really like the icemaker and I am anxious to get back on track. My husband and I use a lot of ice. Despite the inconvenience, I still would highly recommend this unit for large output of ice.

More Clean Clear Ice than you will ever need!

We purchased this unit because our refrigerator ice maker just couldn't keep up with our family and especially when we had guests over. Since we purchased this, we have had all the ice we could ever need. It is small, quiet, and best of all makes clear ice. We love our ice maker.
