I love how this machine gives you cubed I cubes and they last. The rounded kind seem to melt quicker a lot quicker. Also love the water goes in the back not the front under the ice tray.If you are looking for a nice cube ice maker I recommend this. And to add their customer service is great.

Fantastic gift idea

My mom was always short on ice for any family gathering. The automatic ice maker in her freezer just couldn't keep up with the crowd. So I got the Clear Ice 40 for her as a gift. She was thrilled from the minute the box was opened. Easy to set up and use. And this unit cranks out the ice. After about 7 or 8 months, it did stop working. But I contacted customer support, and received excellent service. In fact, they were faster with responses than me. New Air warranty replaced this unit without any hassle at all. I'm very impressed with the service we received. Great product.
