It's unbelievably smooth!
I purchased the Mount Gay as a part of an Influenster campaign I order to receive a partial reimbursement and have a chance to try something new. I was really surprised that in a Cuba libre, it's really good. Some rums can be overpowering, but no this one. The Eclipse is definitely my go to now! Instead of the Coke Zero I used, I could see this working well with Cherry Coke.

Versatile for sipping or mixing
Great rum for sipping or using in cocktails. It is versatile with just a hint of spice, nice but not overpowering. My husband sips, I prefer to use in a classic daiquiri.
