Good not great…

For rum it's a bit spicy. There's a lot of cinnamon and "hot" flavors. May be better in cocktails but by itself it is very hard to drink/sip. I was hoping the double cask would improve the flavor but it didn't.

Smooth and tasty

Sometimes you learn that a more expensive alcohol means better. And in this case it is true. This is about a third more cost of when I usually purchase and I've really enjoyed the upgrade. Very tasty, smooth good for mixing as well as sipping.
