Taste great. Easy to drink. Highly recommend. Not difficult to drink. Great to use for mixed drinks. Not to much burn like some alcohol.

Slightly sour, has a light body with fruity overtones of apple and pear with a bit of banana. It has a quick finish and is, easy to drink, almost scotchy
