Bourbon, with a hint of wet leaves

After I picked this up, I chilled it in the fridge for about a day and and poured it over a cube of ice. The first taste was actually solid—a little sweet, but not any more so than an old fashioned you'd find at a dive bar—but what got me was the aftertaste. Offer swallowing, I felt like I'd picked a handful of wet autumn leaves off the ground, taken a big chomp, and stood there awaiting the spirit of fall to bless me. If you want an easy cocktail to bring somewhere, this'll do ya fine. But I can't say I recommend it.

Bang for your buck... Hard to beat

If you have not tried this well you need to. That is if you are looking for a drinkable scotch for a limited budget. If you see it for between 25-30 dollars, you have yet tried it and are a scotch drinker.. well just get it. It is not the best scotch but for the money you would be hard pressed to find a more drinkable blend that is as wide available as monkey shoulder.
