monkey shoulder

Great for mixed drinks!

I am now on my second bottle of Monkey Shoulder. I had friends over on the weekend for drinks on the patio and served Ginger Monkeys - Monkey Shoulder, Diet Ginger Ale, Dash of Bitters, and an Orange slice. The Ginger Monkeys were refreshing and the Monkey Shoulder mixed well with the other flavors. I am not a huge fan of scotch but I enjoyed the Monkey Shoulder's smooth and rich taste without being too overpowering. We finished the bottle and added this to our bar stock list and "drink menu".

A fine enough scotch for the price

In the grand scheme of scotch, I have had better and worse. It is smooth enough to sip neat without much trouble, but still has a bit of a bite.
