For brunch at home, in a relaxing bath, or just because, this is my favorite Italian sparkling wine. It's very light, crisp and refreshing.

Crisp & Refreshing

I typically prefer sweet wines but I like the fresh and subtle sweetness of a Rose` from time to time. The Mionetto Brut Rose` Prosecco is a dry, crisp and refreshing wine with a bit of a kick. It has a decent alcohol content of 11% and goes down smooth even though it is a bubbly wine. At first pour, you get the smell of fresh fruit woth notes of berries. It is very light yet refreshing. This wine would compliment a meal on its own or make a great mimosa mixer. If you enjoy fresh, fruity but not too sweet wine, I'd recommend this one to try!
