Great for cocktails!
I been a fan of mezcal, specially in mixed drinks. It was my first time trying 400 conejos and it didn't disappoint me. I made a cocktail with a shoot and a half of mezcal, pineapple juice, mint, salt and chili. It tasted perfect! If you are new to mezcal, I recommend to start with 1/2 of shoot since it can be a little strong at first.

Smooth
This mezcal is smooth. I followed the Mezcalita cocktail recipe on their website and it tastes pleasant. It is easy to drink for a newbie like me. The smoky note that this mezcal added made the drink more interesting though I think experienced mezcal aficionados may think this has little favor. Consider its very reasonable price, I think I'll repurchase it in the future.
