Sweet with an increasingly warming smokiness to finish.

Very good, but not extraordinary........
Certainly a very nice malt, however (and I realize it is the totally subjective view of a couple of non experts) my wife and I felt it was not quite as tasty as my first purchase, and we were a little disappointed. To say that I am no expert is to put it most kindly, however the first bottle she ordered was just extraordinary in my view, and this one was just not as praise worthy. We're still loyal customers hoping for better.
