taste good but I am not why

I drink my bourbon straight up and I like this product but don't like the lower ABV. Why lower the ABV when adding flavor?

Going to get it now

I've only had this in their pulled chicken barbecue product that I can't find in the stores anymore. So, necessity being the mother of invention I'm going to try to recreate it in my kitchen. Wish me luck!
