OK, we all know it's great out of the bottle, but I also use it when I make homemade maple bacon. Along with the other curing ingredients, I add a healthy amount of honey bourbon. Try it once and you never go back!

It's just so yummy. There was a time when I couldn't find this at my local grocery store Busch's so i bought a bottle Jack Daniel's honey. Oh NO!. Not the same. I ended up giving it away. I'm definitely a Honey Jim Beam girl. For sure. Please, please please keep making this.
