Summer Ripened Peaches in a Glass
Jefferson's Reserve Pritchard Hill Cabernet Cask Strength For this presentation, Zoeller has blended 3 significantly aged whiskeys and finished them in Chappellet Winery French Oak Casks that once held Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon. This covers the palate in ripened stone fruit, dark berries, chocolate & creamy vanilla. It's incredibly smooth & delicious. Cheers!

Summer in a Bottle
Jefferson's Grand Selection Chateau Suduirant Sauternes Cask Finish Lots of fancy words on this whiskey bottle, but here's the bottom line translation...Jefferson's takes their really good bourbon, pours it out of American Oak barrels and pours it into French Oak barrels that previously aged Sauternes from Bordeaux. Sauternes, a French white wine that is rather sweet & delicious. Some common flavor notes of Sauternes include apricots, honey, and peaches with a tad bit of nuttiness. It makes for a dream of a bourbon, smooth, bright fruit on the front with a toasted pecan on the finish. Summer in a bottle. I'm a fan of all of their bourbon. Cheers!
