Remarkable finish
Like any other Jefferson Reserve, the bourbon is smooth and complex to figure out all the different tasting notes. But the Pritchard Hill finish is unbelievably wonderful, and you definitely know it was finished in a Cabernet cask. This is a sipper neat but did like it with a "cube". I plan on buying it again.

Exceptional flavor
Never dilute this exceptional bourbon. Good grief, don't. Enjoy it straight or with no more than a single cube of ice. Sadly, Old Rum Cask Finish is extremely difficult to find in Virginia.
