Extended stay
I bought Jameson Stout Edition, dumped it into a 5 liter Oak barrel with a char Level 3. Let it sit for 3 years, it is So good. The calculations it that this batch, I have added 9 years to this Jameson. I might try a 6 year batch. That will equal to 18 year Stout Edition. Try something new. Enjoy
