When I was selected to be my Local Poet Laureate I wanted to celebrate the occasion. A friend recommended Jameson 18 saying that I would be impressed with the smoothness. We started drinking and fellowshipping. Jameson 18 was the exact companion to the celebration we needed. It wasn't overpowering nor did it bite. It didn't become the topic of conversation. It fit inside our circle like a friend we had already known. Seldom do I remember a drink becoming a companion but Jameson 18 was friendly enough to call it that.
